Cannot remember the last time I got to spend a birthday with mom on her actual birthday...happy to celebrate this year! I made a lemon cake, and Mike and I attempted paella for the first time. Not bad! (Needs some work, not an easy dish to perfect!) Happy Birthday to my amazing momma, LOVE you so much!
