Alabama Thanksgiving

Headed to the skies and flew back to AL for Thanksgiving this year. We enjoyed some sunny brisk days of playing outside, shared early Christmas presents with friends (thank you Town family for visiting!) and family, and enjoyed our day watching the Thanksgiving Day parade before eating our meal together. (Although when did they stop actually showing the parade, and instead just interviewing people who star on NBC shows, and showing a few Broadway performances in front of Macy's?) SO MANY THINGS to be thankful for this year, we are truly

Fun times everyone!!!

Happy 36th!

What a lucky birthday girl I was this year, spent the day with family & friends, and had not one but TWO birthday cakes! Mom's cheesecake did not disappoint and the bonus chocolate cake was scrumptious too! Thanks to everyone who made my birthday so special, L O V E you all so much!

Let's Bowl!

Fun morning out bowling with the kids...Mel's Lonestar Lanes in Georgetown was really nice. The best part was that they had tiny bowling shoes for Lukey!!! Adorable. Mike did a great job helping the kids bowl, and everyone had fun!

The Peanuts Movie

On a very rainy Saturday...we took the kids to see The Peanuts Movie which was oh so cute! Austin has so many options on movie theaters (yippee!) we decided on Flix Brewhouse, an actual brewery and movie theater that serves a full menu while you watch your movie. The seats had tables that pulled out and had secret rows in between the rows of seats, for servers to collect your orders and deliver food! So cool! Best part about ordering popcorn here was that they bring you bowls to serve it in! (Maybe not everyone's favorite thing, but I loved it, made it so much easier for kiddos to share!) They even played old reruns of Peanuts gang shows as previews...great way to spend a rainy Saturday!
