11 months? How did that happen? Cannot believe in the next post Luke will be ONE year old! Rascally rascal that boy is, into everything, curious about everything, so determined to stand up and walk...so so close to actually walking! Luke always wants to be with Hannah, "playing" with her toys and imitating what she does, mimicking her sounds (both good and bad ones), chasing her fast through the house! There is no escaping Lukey! Mama, Dada, Aah-ma (we think he trying to say Hannah when we hear this one) bah, nanananana (Nana or banana or both), ah-pa (Papa) are a his best sounding words right now - he is very vocal and loud, his grunts, yells and cries fill the house! So much love for this little brother...
Hungry boy, Lukey eats like a champ at almost every meal. His favorites are definitely bananas, avocados, apples, pears, sweet potatoes, chicken, hamburger meat, rice, beans, tortillas, bread, pancakes, waffles, peas, carrots, mashed potatoes, french fries, and more! Luke will try most anything we offer him, and is always ready to have "grown up" food when he sees us eating. He has 4 teeth (two top and two bottom) with at least another two on top on the way! A strong and sturdy 21 lbs - he has earned many nicknames such as big boy, chubs, chubby chubs, little man and of course "Lukey" which Hannah started! Taking two naps a day, this little one plays hard and crashes early - bathtime/bedtime around 6:30/7 and he sleeps till about 6:30am, waking up happy and ready to play! Watching Hannah and Luke together is the best - such sweet siblings, well, most of the time! Days around here may be crazy at times...but I couldn't imagine it any other way!
